Pictured above in front of the house we built in one morning and afternoon are Episcopalians from All Soul’s Episcopal Church, Point Loma, CA, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Burlingame, CA, St Jame’s Episcopal Church, Fremont, CA, St Paul’s Episcopal Church, Walnut Creek, CA, Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Castro Valley, CA and red & blue shirts volunteer leaders from Corazon. Joining them (not pictured) are our local Mexican friends from Corazon, and the resident we are building the house for; all spent the morning and afternoon of Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 to build a house and give the gift of a home to Hector, the resident of this new creation of love.
A day well spent!
We look forward to sharing with you the incredible life-giving and transformational experience we have had building houses in Tijuana, Mexico, with corazon.org. Select the “Build Basics” menu option above, and I will take you through some pics about what the day entails. Alternatively, you can select the “Invitation” menu option above and watch the brilliant short video created by the staff at Corazon about why we build!
Blessings,
—Mark
